If you need to reschedule your appointment, I require at least a 48-hour notice for you to receive a refund of your deposit. If you reschedule more than once, or less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will have to make a new deposit to set a new appointment. If for some reason you have to cancel your appointment and cannot reschedule, your deposit will not be refunded. I understand that life happens and wouldn’t want you to lose your deposit, so please contact me ASAP if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment!
